View Profile

The View Profile page allows you to manage your personal account information, security preferences, and identity-related settings in CloudRaya.

This page focuses on who you are as an account holder and how your identity is represented and secured across the platform.

Accessing View Profile

You can open the View Profile page from:

  1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select View Profile

This page is available at all times and does not depend on project selection.

Profile Overview

At the top of the page, CloudRaya displays your core account identity:

  • Display name
  • Email address (login identity, subject to domain restrictions)
  • Account type (Prepaid)
  • Account status indicator

This information is used across CloudRaya for authentication, billing, notifications, and audit logs.

My Profile Section

Profile Information

This section shows your primary identity details, including:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address (login identity)

You can update editable fields by clicking Edit Profile.

Changes made here will be reflected across:

  • Billing records
  • Invoices
  • Activity logs
  • Account identification

Email Change Policy

CloudRaya applies restrictions when updating your email address to ensure account integrity and organizational security.

⚠️ Important

  • You can only change your email address if the new email uses the same organization or domain as your current email.
  • Changing from or to a personal (non-organization) email is not allowed directly.

Need to change to a different domain?

If your account uses a personal email or you need to switch to a different domain:

  • Contact CloudRaya Support
  • Provide valid supporting documents (e.g., CV, company registration, or identity verification)

All requests are subject to verification and approval.


Password Management

You can change your account password by clicking Change Password.

Best practices:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Rotate passwords periodically
  • Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms

Password changes take effect immediately and invalidate existing sessions when applicable.

Admin-Assisted Account Access

Allow Admin to Manage Account

This toggle allows CloudRaya administrators to access and manage your account only with your explicit permission.

When enabled:

  • CloudRaya Support team may assist with troubleshooting or account recovery
  • Access is limited and audited
  • All actions are recorded in the User Action Log

When disabled:

  • No admin access is permitted

This feature is recommended only when support assistance is required.

Personal Information

This section stores optional personal and organizational details, such as:

  • Company name
  • Contact numbers
  • Identity references (KTP / NPWP / Passport, if provided)
  • Timezone information

These fields are commonly used for:

  • Billing and invoicing
  • Compliance documentation
  • Support verification

Billing Address

Billing Address information is used for:

  • Invoice generation
  • Tax and compliance records
  • Financial documentation

Ensure this information is accurate and kept up to date, especially for business or corporate accounts.

Linked Accounts

CloudRaya supports linking external identity providers.

Currently available:

  • Microsoft Account
  • Google Account

Linked accounts allow:

  • Faster login
  • Reduced password dependency
  • Improved account recovery options

Linking or unlinking accounts does not affect existing resources or billing.

Best Practices

  • Keep profile and billing information accurate
  • Enable admin access only when necessary
  • Link an external account for recovery
  • Review profile details periodically
  • Treat account credentials as sensitive assets
