This section provides the essential steps for new users to begin using CloudRaya. Each page in this section introduces one part of the onboarding process, from creating an account to exploring the Control Panel.
If you are new to CloudRaya, follow the steps below in order.
1. Create and Verify Your Account
Sign up for a CloudRaya account and complete the email verification process to access the CloudRaya Control Panel.
2. Prepare Your Account: Billing & Balance
CloudRaya uses a prepaid balance model. Before creating resources, you may need to add balance, redeem vouchers, or review billing settings.

Projects help you organize resources and collaborate with other CloudRaya users. Each project maintains its own resources, members, and access permissions.

4. Understand Cloud Zones
Cloud Zones represent physical deployment locations. All resources — including Virtual Machines, storage, and networking — are created inside a selected Cloud Zone.
