Create and Verify Account

This page explains how to create a CloudRaya account, verify your email, and complete your profile so you can start using the CloudRaya Control Panel.
Creating an account is the first step before deploying any resources in CloudRaya.

1. Open the CloudRaya Control Panel

Go to: https://cp.cloudraya.com

You will be redirected to the login page.

2. Create a New Account

You can register using one of the following methods:

• Sign up with Google
• Sign up with Microsoft
• Sign up using an email and password

To register with email:

1. Click Create Account
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Review the password requirements
4. Confirm your password
5. Click Create Account

After submitting the form, CloudRaya will send a verification email to your inbox.

3. Verify Your Email

You will see a confirmation page indicating that the verification email has been sent.
To complete registration:

1. Open your email inbox
2. Look for the CloudRaya verification message
3. Click the verification link in the email

If you did not receive the email, use Resend Email on the verification page.
Once your email is verified, return to the Login page and sign in.

4. Access the Control Panel

After logging in, you will be taken to the CloudRaya Control Panel.
On your first visit, you may see a welcome message and a prompt to complete your profile. Completing your profile ensures proper billing information and improves your access to CloudRaya features.

5. Complete Your Profile

To complete your profile:

1. Click Complete Profile from the home screen
2. Fill in the required information, including:
   • First Name and Last Name
   • Company Name (optional)
   • Timezone
   • Identification Number (KTP, NPWP, or Passport)
   • Billing Address
   • Contact information
3. Click Update Profile

Once the profile is successfully updated, a confirmation message will appear.

Returning to the home screen will show the updated interface and full feature navigation, including Compute, Network, Storage, and Platform Tools.
