What You Can Do with Marketplace
CloudRaya Marketplace makes it easier to use solutions on the platform. Instead of creating virtual machines, setting up operating systems, and installing software manually, you can choose a solution and deploy it through a guided flow.
With Marketplace, you can:
- Deploy ready-to-run applications for websites, automation, learning platforms, and developer tools
- Buy and manage software licenses directly from your CloudRaya account
- Activate partner-based services such as backup and email solutions
- Track usage and billing for Marketplace solutions in the same place as your CloudRaya resources

Serverless Containers
Serverless Containers are container-based applications that can be deployed with minimal setup. They are designed for fast deployment and ease of use.
Key characteristics:
- One-click or guided deployment
- CloudRaya-managed runtime environment
- Monthly billing based on the selected package or resource size
- Best for MVPs, demos, staging, and lightweight production use

Licensed Software
Licensed Software lets you purchase and manage commercial software licenses directly from CloudRaya.
These solutions focus on activating and managing software licenses, not running applications as live workloads.

High-Level Deployment Flow
While the exact steps may differ by solution type, Marketplace deployments follow a simple and consistent flow:
- Select a solution from the Marketplace catalog
- Review solution details, including type and billing model
- Provide required information, such as domain name, package size, or location
- Deploy the solution, and let CloudRaya provision the required resources
- Access and manage the solution from your CloudRaya account
This flow keeps deployment, billing, and management consistent across all Marketplace solutions.
Billing and Subscription Model
Billing depends on the type of solution:
- Serverless Containers are billed monthly, based on the selected package or resource size
- Licensed Software may be billed monthly or yearly, depending on the license terms
- Third-party App are billed monthly, based on the selected service plan or usage tier
All charges appear in your CloudRaya billing system, so you can see and manage Marketplace costs together with your CloudRaya infrastructure usage.
Shared Responsibility and Support
Marketplace solutions are fully supported by CloudRaya, even when the technology comes from a third-party vendor.
In general:
- CloudRaya is responsible for the infrastructure, platform runtime, and service operation
- Users are responsible for application settings, data, and content they manage inside the solution
All support requests and service issues for Marketplace solutions are handled through CloudRaya Support, giving you a single point of contact.
