  • Monthly subscription price

Example plans:

  • 100 GB

Storage quota is shared across all protected devices in your Acronis account.

Service Management Overview

Acronis operations are split into two layers:

CloudRaya Control Layer

Managed in the CloudRaya dashboard:

  • Subscription status
  • Upgrade / downgrade
  • Cancellation
  • Billing and credit usage

Acronis Service Layer

Managed in the Acronis console:

  • Device registration
  • Backup policies
  • Storage usage monitoring
  • Security and protection features
  • Restore and recovery operations

Managing Your Subscription (CloudRaya Layer)

From the Acronis service page in My Apps, you can:

Upgrade Plan

Move to a higher storage tier at any time.

  • You can upgrade to any larger plan regardless of current usage
  • The new plan takes effect immediately
  • Billing is prorated based on remaining time in the current billing cycle

Use when:

  • Backup usage approaches your quota
  • You add more protected devices

Downgrade Plan

Move to a lower storage tier.

  • Downgrade is only allowed if the selected plan can accommodate your current usage
  • If current usage exceeds the target plan, downgrade will be blocked
  • Downgrade takes effect in the next billing cycle

Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancel Subscription

Stops the service and billing.

Before canceling:

  • Restore or export important data
  • Verify backup dependencies
  • Review retention requirements

Managing Devices & Backups (Acronis Layer)

All operational activities are handled in the Acronis console.

Typical Workflow

  1. Log in to the Acronis console
  2. Download and install the Acronis Agent
  3. Register your device
  4. Assign a backup policy
  5. Monitor backup status and storage usage
  6. Perform restore operations when needed

Storage Usage & Quota Model

Your subscription includes a shared storage pool:

  • All devices consume from the same quota
  • Usage is updated as backups are created and retained
  • Historical versions and retention policies affect total usage

Best Practices

  • Monitor usage regularly
  • Adjust retention policies as needed
  • Upgrade plan before reaching storage limits

Billing Model

Acronis is billed as a monthly subscription aligned with the calendar month.

  • The billing period runs from the 1st day to the last day of each month
  • If you subscribe or upgrade mid-month, charges are prorated based on the remaining days in the current billing period
  • When upgrading, the unused portion of your current plan is calculated and applied, and you are charged only for the price difference for the remaining period
  • Downgrades apply in the next billing cycle
  • Only one Acronis plan can be active at a time

Example (mid-month upgrade)

You are on a 100 GB plan (Rp250.000/month) and upgrade to 200 GB (Rp500.000/month) on April 15.

  • Billing period: April 1 – April 30 (30 days)
  • Remaining days: 16 days

The remaining value of your current plan is applied to the new plan, and you are only charged for the difference for the remaining period.

In this case, the additional charge is approximately Rp133.334.

Example (mid-month subscription)

If you subscribe on April 20, you will only be charged for the remaining days until April 30. Starting from May 1, the full monthly charge will apply.

Data Retention & Cancellation

Before canceling your subscription:

  • Restore or export any required data
  • Review retention and compliance requirements
  • Confirm no systems depend on Acronis for recovery

Once canceled, access to the service and stored data may be permanently removed.

  • Infrastructure and service runtime
  • Subscription lifecycle and billing
