CloudRaya vouchers allow you to add CloudRaya Coins to your account.

Coins act as promotional points and are automatically used for eligible service charges before Cloud Credit.

This guide explains how to redeem a voucher and verify that the Coins have been successfully added.

1. Access the Redeem Voucher Feature

You can open the Redeem Coupon popup in two ways:

Option A: From the Top Navigation Bar

1. Log in to CloudRaya Panel
2. Locate the Coins icon in the top navigation bar
3. Click the ( + ) icon next to the Coins balance
4. The Redeem Coupon popup will appear

Option B: From Cloud Credit History

1. Click your profile icon (top-right corner)
2. Select Credit History
3. Click Redeem Coupon on the Cloud Credit History page

2. Enter the Coupon Code

In the Redeem Coupon popup:

1. Enter your voucher code into the Coupon Code field
2. Click Redeem

If the coupon is valid, the system will process it immediately.

3. After Successful Redemption

Once the voucher is redeemed successfully:

• Your Coins balance will increase instantly
• The updated Coins amount will appear in the top navigation bar
• A new transaction entry will appear in Cloud Credit History with type Coupon

You can use the Type filter in Cloud Credit History and select Coupon to quickly locate the redemption record.

4. How Coins Are Used

Coins are treated as promotional points and are automatically applied to eligible usage.

Coins Usage Rules

• Coins are consumed before Cloud Credit
• Coins can be used for most CloudRaya resources
• Coins cannot be used for:
  • SSL certificates
  • cPanel licenses
  • Managed Services
  • All Marketplace applications

For ineligible services, Cloud Credit will be used even if Coins are still available.

5. Important Notes

• Voucher codes are case-sensitive
• Each voucher can only be redeemed once per account, unless stated otherwise
• Expired or invalid vouchers cannot be redeemed
• Coins obtained from vouchers cannot be withdrawn or transferred
