Cloud Credit is the primary balance used to run all CloudRaya services. You can add funds at any time through the CloudRaya Control Panel.

This guide walks you through the complete top-up process, including how CloudRaya generates the payment link and how to complete your payment.

1. Open the Top Up View

You can access the Top Up screen from multiple locations inside the CloudRaya Control Panel.

Option A: From the Cloud Credit icon

1. Click the Cloud Credit (+) icon next to your Cloud Credit balance in the top navigation bar
2. You will be redirected to the Cloud Credit page
3. The Top Up Credit modal opens automatically

Option B: From the Profile Menu

1. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner
2. Select Credit History
3. Click the Top-Up Credit button on the top right

Both methods lead to the same Top Up process.

2. Choose a Top Up Amount

In the Top Up modal:

1. Enter an amount manually

   Minimum top-up amount is IDR 50,000

2. Or choose from the preset values such as:

   75.000, 100.000, 150.000, 250.000, 500.000, etc.

The selected amount will appear in the Total Price section at the bottom of the modal.

3. Generate Your Payment Link

After entering the amount, click Top-Up.

CloudRaya will:

1. Automatically create a new invoice
2. Display a popup: “Payment link has been successfully created”

This popup includes:

• A payment URL
• Copy button
• Open Link button

At the same time, the Cloud Credit page will show a Waiting Payment section containing:

• Payment method category (E-Wallet, QRIS, CC, Bank, etc.)
• The payment link
• Payment deadline (Pay Before…)
• Pay Now button
• Cancel option

4. Complete the Payment

Click Open Link or copy the URL into a new tab.

You will be redirected to CloudRaya’s payment page, where you can choose from:

• Bank Transfer
• Credit / Debit Card
• E-Wallet (GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, AstraPay, etc.)
• QRIS
• Direct Debit

Follow the instructions for your chosen payment method.

5. Payment Confirmation & Redirect

After completing the payment:

• Our payment system will show a Thank You page
• You will automatically be redirected back to CloudRaya within a few seconds

Once redirected, your Cloud Credit balance will be updated immediately.

6. Verify Your Top-Up

To confirm that your payment was successful:

1. Open Credit History
2. Use filters if needed:
   • Filter by Type → Top Up
   • Filter by Date Range
3. Look for a Top-Up entry shown in green with a + amount

Your Cloud Credit balance in the top navigation bar will also reflect the updated value.

Troubleshooting

If your payment succeeded but the top up is not reflected:

• Wait a few moments due to gateway processing
• Refresh the Control Panel
• Re-check the Cloud Credit History
• Contact CloudRaya Support with your payment reference number
