Monthly Usage History
The Monthly Usage History page provides a consolidated, month-based summary of resource usage and costs across your CloudRaya projects.
This page is designed for financial review, cost analysis, reconciliation, and reporting, complementing the transaction-level detail available in Cloud Credit History.
What Is Monthly Usage History
Monthly Usage History aggregates usage data into a monthly cost overview.
Instead of showing individual billing transactions, this page answers higher-level questions such as:
- How much did a project cost this month?
- Which services contributed most to the total usage?
- How does usage compare across resources?
- What should be reported for accounting or internal chargeback?
This page is the primary reference for monthly cost reporting.
Accessing Monthly Usage History
You can open this page from the Control Panel in two ways:
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Monthly Usage History
Page Overview
The Monthly Usage History page consists of four main areas:
Summary Header
At the top of the page, you will see:

Total Monthly Usage
The combined cost of all projects for the selected month -
Total Project Usage
The total cost for the currently selected project
This provides an immediate high-level cost snapshot.
Filters
Filters allow you to narrow down the usage data precisely.
Filter by Project
- Select a specific project to view its monthly usage
- Choose All Projects to aggregate usage across your account
This is useful for organizations managing multiple environments or teams.
Filter by Resource Type
You can filter usage by service category, such as:
- Virtual Machine
- Kubernetes
- Storage
- Snapshot
- Object Storage
- Container Registry
- Public IP
This helps identify which services drive costs in a given month.
Filter by Month
- Select the billing month and year
- Historical months can be reviewed at any time
This enables trend analysis and month-to-month comparison.
Usage Breakdown Table
The main table displays a grouped cost breakdown.
Each section represents a service category, for example:
- Virtual Machines
- Kubernetes
- Storage
- Snapshots
- Object Storage
- Container Registry
- Public IP
Within each category, you will see:
- Resource name or identifier
- Cost incurred for the selected month
A subtotal is shown per category to make cost drivers immediately visible.
Export Section
At the bottom of the page, you will find the Export All Project button.
This allows you to:
- Generate a consolidated usage report
- Export monthly usage data into a single document
- Share the report with finance, accounting, or management teams
The exported file contains a structured summary suitable for offline review and documentation.

Notes and Billing Behavior
- Usage is calculated based on hourly consumption
- Only billable resources appear in the summary
- Deleted resources still appear in historical monthly usage
- Data shown is read-only and cannot be modified
Limitations
- Monthly Usage History does not show individual transactions
- Real-time usage within the current hour may not yet be reflected
- Exported reports are summaries, not detailed ledgers
